Time to prep: 10 minutes
What you’ll need:
(organic options preferred)
4 Ripe Avocados
1/2 Diced Onion
2 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 bunch Cilantro
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
Let’s get started!
~Wash and dry all produce
~Halve, stone, and score avocados. Use a spoon to scoop cubes into medium size mixing bowl
~Finely chop cilantro, add to mixing bowl
~Chop Roma tomatoes into small chunks, add to bowl
~Dice onion, add to mixing bowl
~Squeeze juice from 2 limes over top of other ingredients.
~sprinkle with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Cayenne Pepper.
Mash ingredients together with Meat Chopper; use tasting spoon to sample. Add Lime for more zing, or Cayenne Pepper to add heat.
Neatly place into serving dish, cover, chill until served!
